If Bush and Kerry Were Disqualified...

Well it's neither here nor there. Hillary doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning the presidency either now, in 4 years or in 8 years. But, she'll run anyway. (IMO, of course)

Okay, I can't let this one go by without asking why you think that? I actually agree that she won't win anyway but I'm curious as to why you think she can't win.

The red states. In addition I don't think she has the support of women she (and others) think she has

For myself, I think it's because she's too far left. Her fan base is too small for her to really have a chance, and the amount of people who don't like her is too huge.

I might cross party lines if McCain ran for President, for the first time in my voting history :)

I agree. I am an Irish Catholic Democrat and I would vote for him in a heartbeat.

You might be interested to know that Mr. Quayle continued to enjoy wide popularity to us hicks here in Indiana.....winning elections with over 80% of the vote and having huge approval numbers even after leaving office. Most folks here didn't have a problem with the "face" he was putting on Indiana. You can tell a lot about somebody by the people that ridicule them. I admire Mr. Quayle even more for who his enemies were.

I'm a lifelong Democrat (surprise) and yet I did admire Dan Quayle for the fact that he was always a gentleman no matter what was thrown his way.

Her politics are WAY left of most of America. She would win a few states, CA, MA, NY, for example, but she would fail in flyover country and in the South.

Colin Powell or John McCain for the Republicans, Joe Biden or Tom Daschle for the Democrats

My sisters who live in Indiana never cared for Quayle either. I can't believe we're arguing over Dan Quayle of all people.

Go Boilers.

LOL! :D I thought we were arguing about Indiana and Albatrosses.

Go Hoosiers!

......oh and Guns Up!
