Identical twins due in October

Just found out I will be the grandmother of identical twin girls due October 8th. This will be grandchildren 5 & 6. Makes it 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson. First time in 50 years twins will be born in the family. The last set were identical girls also. Can't wait till October!!!! :banana:

They are in the same placental sac. Which means they are from the same egg.

Congratulation!

My first granddaughter was born 8 years ago. She came earlier than expected -- and I was at Disney World. However, my son-in-law called me at 4:00 am to help out my daughter who was having a rough labor.

My second granddaughter was born 6 years ago -- and I was in the delivery room to welcome her.

This past November I took them on their 2nd visit to Disney World (with Grandma).

Grandchildren are the greatest!

Kids are great but grandchildren are better. You can send them home when they're fussy. I have two of my grandchildren staying the week with me now. Ages 3 and 7 months. I am in heaven :love:
