We will be in orlando nov. 22-27, departing the 28th (day after t giving day). We'd like to have one character meal out, and a special meal for Thanksgiving, but we'd be willing to have it on Wed. evening if the crowds would be significantly less. Any suggestions for inside the parks (MK or USO) or the resorts???

Hi, welcome to the board.

sounds like you want 2 diff meals, right?

As far as budget goes, I don't know how cheap it is but I did the Pooh breakfast at MK, and LOVED it. All the characters came over and took pictures with this 30-something kid. :) I believe the place is called the Crystal Palace (BOY, my memory's getting bad!)

As for a nice dinner - I liked Cinderella's Royal Table - but that was NOT cheap - however very nice dinner for a special occassion/holiday.

Besides, any place you pick in the World will be special, it's Disney World! :)

The Trail's End Buffeteria at FW is likely to have a special meal over Thanksgiving, maybe only on T-day, but it is one of the more reasonably priced meals at Disney.
