Ideas for something special for teen?

DD13 is in to Video Games, Fantasy (dragons Harry Potter type stuff), Japan, China, Anime. She is NOT a frilly girly girl. She likes the gothic look (as much as we will allow it)
 
She's not to old for BBB.
When we go in November I'm getting my hair done, I'm 14.

Maybe the pick a pearl thing in Epcot?
