Ideas for some 1 on 1 time with each kid

We will be at WDW 2/25 -3/2 this will be my boys 4th trip and I would like to find something special to do with them on their own. As a single mom who works night shift its sometimes hard to schedule time with them alone especially ds 6 since he started all day kindergarden this year and I want to get a little quality time in. We will have 2 grandmas with us to make sure the other one is entertained while we are out. Looking for something in the evening so we can still do the parks as a family during the day. We have park hoppers so if we have to go to a different park than the one we have planned for the day that isnt a problem. TIA for the suggestions

Build a light saber or build droids at Once Upon a Toy
My boys are 6 & 7 and these are their top 2 Disney activities from their past trips.
Frontier land shooting arcade is also my oldest's #1 favorite attraction.
Riding around looking for pressed penny machines is another biggie for mine. We have a penny passport to keep them in and I take a bag of pennies and quarters with us.
The Lego store and pick a brick wall is another of their must do!!

I would say the Main Street Electrical parade (2nd if they have it and he can stay up that late). Our DDs love the parade and night time at MK is great. Even better if there are EMH.(If you're on property) Maybe a snack and some rides that he likes? Or maybe Fantasmic? Maybe just going to Beaches and Cream for a sundae? There's always Splitsville or the movie theater at Disney Springs

What about taking each separately for a meet n greet and related ride together. For example if one really like Star Wars, you could take him for a Chewbacca meet n greet and Jedi Training Academy. Or perhaps if one likes japanese anime or pokemon you could take him shopping at the Japan showcase in Epcot. I would do something they have an interest in that is also related to Disney only things to make it "special". You can go golfing or swimming or bowling anywhere but there aren't that many places where you can meet Buzz Lightyear and then go shoot aliens and Zarg; and that'll stick with them for a long time.

OP, I saw in another post that your boys are 5&6. I would try to keep the 1:1 activities as similar as possible. Maybe dinner and mini golf, with each boy getting to play on a different mini golf course. Or let each boy pick a park/ride that they want to go back to do. Let them be a part of the planning of that special 1:1 time with Mom.

I think you could ask them if you could do any thing ( or maybe a ride) with just mommy what would it be and see what they want to do
or you could say you can have some specie meal with just mommy and give them some chose and then when you know where they want to eat find some chose at that place for a little something extra so if they want to eat somewhere at the MK maybe list some rides for there special treat if they say down town disney ( opps disney springs) maybe they get a specie treat there

When we took our extended family vacation (my parents, daughter, brother and his 2 children) I planned a 1x1 day with each my niece and nephew as it was their first trip and I wanted to do something special wth each of them.

I kept the plans relatively similar and we spent a half day each together.

With my niece we ate lunch at CRT and used 3 FPs at MK - Story Time with Belle, Journey of the Little Mermaid and a Princess M&G.

My Nephew chose lunch at T-Rex and then we hit up DHS for some FPs.

Worked out very well - although I wish my nephew had chosen an alternative restaurant but T-Rex fits right into the wheelhouse of an 8 year old dinosaur loving boy.

I didn't realize they were 5/6,,I thought one was a toddler. I would definately plan the same activities for both of them.

The miniature golf courses can be a lot of fun. I'd take them each to play. Let each choose if he would prefer Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens. Then, let him choose which side he wants to do. That way, it's personalized to him, but still equal. If not that, maybe let them each pick a restaurant (give options to choose from and I'd give them both the same options). There are some that they would both really enjoy such as TRex, Rainforest Cafe, and Sci Fi Dine In.

One of my son's favorite things to do has always been to go to DTD/DS and browse (yes, he often picks something but not always). Something like that might be nice because it would be out of the parks so the other one wouldn't be missing anything too great!

If they wanted a special present for their time with Mom, my son loves/loved the build a lightsaber at Once Upon a Toy and Build a Dino at T-Rex. Playing at the Lego store is fun, too!
If it were me, I'd eat at Earl of Sandwich with both kids, but there are plenty of other places to eat at DTD/DS, too.
