Ideas for crafts/activites for plane?

These are such great ideas! When my guys were really little, we took a small cookie sheet and covered it with that whiteboard paper (the kind that works like a dry erase board). So it served two purposes -- they could draw on it, or play games on it, but they could also use it as a magnetic surface. I'm not sure how easily it would be to transport on a plane (you'd need a very small cookie sheet, I guess), but it really worked well. Plus, it had an edge on it so little trucks or toys wouldn't fall off easily.

l they find hidden mickeys EVERYWHERE. In an oil leak in a parking lot, in the clouds..I mean EVERYWHERE. I don't even need to prompt them. lmao

My kids do the same thing all the time. Even actuall ybelieve that I"m the one who caused that problem :lmao:

I brought last fall for the plane ride for my 4 yo, small puzzles from the $$ store, cryons and paper, thread and beads, My little Pony a new one just bought for the trip, a few snacks, little dinosaurs as they love them, stickers, a new little doll(poly pocket size)

You might want to think about investing in a DS game for them. You can keep them just for travel if you do not want it to be a regular toy item. You have a LONG trip and you have a long RETURN trip that can seem even longer.
There are a lot of younger kids games to purchase.

Also consider downloading some things to your phone or i-pod they can play or do. DGS4 will play forever on ours.

Maybe a cheap MP3 player and download some music on those.

Maybe a read aloud chapter book with you sitting in the middle to read, a kids magazine or two, stickers and paper, a kids WDW book to share???
