My BFF has never been to WDW..Imagine that! We are going the first week of Dec. thanks to a great pincode! We are staying YC CL and only plan on doing Epcot. We were thinking of Candlelight Procession? Spa day? Nice dinner out..Suggestions please! we won't have a rental car and when I go with my family we always dine at casual charater, etc. I think the fanciest we ever did was Flyiing Fish....I am sooo use to planning for my family and I really want this to be a great girls weekend! thanks so much.

I am doing a "girls trip" with my BFF in November. We have planned on doing some of the tours we can't do (or don't want to) with our kids. Backstage Magic, Africa Trek and Segway (forgot actual name of tour) just as a start. Also booked Le Cellier, and Fulton's Crabhouse. As much as I like the character dining, and love taking my kids, it will be nice not to have to look at the kids menu or ask for crayons!!

thanks becca. i had not thought of tours - I would love that....I looked into the spa day and candlelight procession.....Tours might be too much 4 her being 1st trip but i would love that. I am so use2being so busy at wdw it is hard having a laid back approach...i feel likke i have nothing planned!!

Segway tours are fun. There is the one in Epcot that travels through World Showcase and one at Ft. Wilderness that travels the connecting roads between Ft. Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge. I went on one in California and it was AWESOME. I am not sure I would want to do any backstage tour with a first timer. They need to experience life from front stage first. Hope you have a great trip.

my sisters and i take a girls only trip around the same time of year each year. we do the parks of course but also always do a 8-9pm signature dinner. at that time of year the parks close so much earlier it makes it feel like we're not wasting our park time. we also tend to take the time and hit a lounge or two and do apps or tapas with drinks as our lunch (something we couldn't do with kids). of course we also wear matching tshirts and tiarias but that's just how we are. in the past we've done things like a few hours at the spa, we take late night dips in the hot tub or pool depending on the temps, we've done circuqe, that sort of thing. we always try to change it up. my trips with them is more a cross between being a big kid and a bachlorette party so it's quite different from going with the kids or honeymoon style with just the hubby. have fun!
