Hi,

My niece(15) will be going with us to WDW for the first time this October. (me, & my two girls 15 & 19) Aside from her birth certificate, will we need to bring anything else with us? Notorized letter from her parents saying ok to travel, or anything?

Thanks!

You really don't need anything. Your neice is old enough to travel alone and they don't ask for pax relationships. I would, however, get something from her parents to treat in case of an emergency.

We just took my nephew in august. But he was only 9yr. old. We brought a notorized letter, in case of emergency. Also brought school ID, and social security card for the plane. They did look at them. We only used the "letter" for the Pirate cruise. I was told they would not of taken him, without a parent present to sign permission, but with my letter we had no problem.

I thought, better take everything with us, just in case we needed something.

Have a great time. We did. :cheer2:

We just came back the last week of Aug and DD (9) was able to bring a friend. We had her birth certificate and notarized letter from her parents and nobody ever asked us for any of them. Better to have them and be safe. :thumbsup2

I agree, you will at the very least have a letter notarized authorizing treatment in case of an emergency and since you are writing the letter anyway, you might as well add the travel language too.
