Hello! I'm relatively new to DIS and to WDW in general. My very first trip was about ten months ago, and my DH and I just returned from our second trip about a week ago  I miss it so much already!!!

Anyway, we went during Free Dining, so we had the regular Disney Dining Plan. We were lucky enough to score a PIN code, so we stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter with a couple of dear friends who joined us on most of our dining adventures.

I love reading other people's dining reports, so I made a point to take a pic of (almost) everything I consumed while at WDW this time. I stuffed myself to the gills repeatedly, hence the conception of my darling food baby, Hans.

Here is what I will be covering in this post:

9/28: Dinner at Boma
9/29: Breakfast at the resort, snacks at Epcot F&W, Dinner at Via Napoli
9/30: Breakfast at Tusker House, Dinner at 'Ohana
10/1: Lunch at Pizza Planet, Dinner at Raglan Road
10/2: Breakfast at resort, Lunch at BOG, Dinner at Jiko
10/3: Breakfast at resort, Dinner at Columbia Harbour House, snacks at MNNSHP
10/4: Farewell breakfast at resort

Enjoy! :goodvibes

Okay, so after a loooonggggg (painfully long, overnight) drive, we pulled up to POFQ. By that point, I had already called Disney Dining and rescheduled our dinner plans because the drive was taking even longer than expected (remind me to fly next time, please!) We barely had time to shower and change out of our musty road trip clothes before our dinner at BOMA!

Boma was our arrival dinner for our last trip as well, so I think it's safe to say it's become a family tradition :) I was salivating in anticipation as we pulled up to Jambo House.

Here's a pic of my first plate:

Let's see...that's strip loin (medium rare, yum!), rice, couscous, salmon...possibly other stuff? Soooo yummy. I don't think I had the strip loin last time, and I thought it was PHENOM. My husband had like three helpings worth of the loin.

Plate number two:

Pita triangles, white bean hummus, curry pasta salad (my absolute FAVE thing at Boma), some kinda lentil stuff, avocado grapefruit salad. Perfection...

A leetle bit of the butternut squash soup. This tasted like liquid pumpkin pie. Super good, but almost too sweet for a soup! WOULD EAT AGAIN.

Lastly, dessert (not pictured, the additional four zebra domes I housed before we left):

I think my drink was unsweet tea.

My rating? 5 out of 5 ears. My dining companions seemed to enjoy the meal as well, though probably not as much as I did...

Up next? QS Breakfast at Floatworks!

Following! We went over many of the same days and were in Epcot on the same day! We are contemplating driving in April - kind of nervous :)

Glad you had fun - can't wait to hear about it!

The desserts look so good at Boma! I know you guys like your meat more rare, but that was too pink for this girl :rotfl: Did they by chance have the lamb curry to your recollection?

You and me both!! I don't know my "official" way I like beef b/c I very rarely order it, but I'm thinking it is closer to "well" than that :)

Can't wait to read more!

Haha, my husband and I joke that we should just let the cow LOOK at the oven before they bring it out to us ;) We definitely like our meat RARE!

I did not see the lamb curry -- and I definitely would've grabbed some if I had. Is that a regular Boma item? Sounds delish!

That's awesome -- maybe we saw each other ;) Driving was soooo taxing, but it did bond the four of us together like nothing else ever could :rotfl2:

Thanks for reading and responding!
