Has anyone visited 'Ice' at Gaylord Palms? We are considering visiting this during our December visit. It sounds really different - What i'd like to know is:- How many hours does it take to go round? Do you think its worth the money? Did you have any problem operating your camera at such low temps?

Its well worth a visit.
Very different, but also increadable at the same time.

I have never had any problem with my digital camera, just like always, take a spare battery with you

Thanks for the info - had'nt seen that site - looks well worth a visit! How long does it take to go round???? Are we talking an hour or two or is it half a day???

It was fun. You can take as long as you want. There are "rooms" of the different themed exhibits. We went through it pretty quickly and decided to double back to take a closer look. (Once you leave, you can't re-enter.)

Last year we got a coupon with our ticket that gave us a discount at one of the resort's restaurants. We also got a coupon for a free cup of hot cocoa.

The resort is beautiful. We took some time looking around after we had lunch.
