The Ice Cream Social is at the Garden Grill in the Land Pavillion at Epcot. It takes place at 3pm daily and is $7.99 per person. This is a character event and priority seatings are recommended...

When are you going? I've read on here that the Garden Grill resturant will be closed for refurbishment (the whole "land pavillion" actually) until about April I think. Just don't want you to get your heart set and then have it closed.
