I won for best room BUT

The only prizes were a tent room (don't want it and can't trade it now) and the best guest room pin. Didn't the winner last time win inferno?

I am happy I won but that pin was not worth the money I spent I stuff making that room.

Sigh....I had visions of inferno dancing in my head!

One would think that with the last minute change of events and how hard people worked to put rooms together quickly..that they would give prizes that were more speacial.

I think only grand prize winners got inferno in the past.

I think part of my irritation is I traded Sorcerers ears and a too star invisible for that pin a few hours ago. Oh well win some lose some!

well this time around, the grand prize winners didnt get inferno either.

but its ok, i'm more than happy with getting anything at all. I put the room together to leave it that way, so i didnt really invest credits in the hopes of winning.

But you are right princess. a little more continuity from event to event would be nice ya know?

And as for the poetry contest, my friend momewrath won 2nd place and said that what he got was: inferno, a space suit, a lion pin, and 1000 credits.

oh yea, i can see why they took out inferno for the grand prize people (i was just pointing out that no one got inferno this time around). I mean they gave us most of the stuff rom the new pirate quest and that was a lot. I was referring to the hourly winners, like lisa said, it just seemed that the hourly winners received much more last time aound, so if they are going to give plenty of things for one contest then they should be a little more consistent. I have no complaints with what i received, but i agree with lisa that the hourly winners did not get much when you consider the last contest. know what i mean?

It was thrilling and I think that when I won all I could think about was the inferno and the shock of it not being there really got to me. I was in shock.

I was able to sit here and realize that out of over 400 rooms I had one of the best. Totally cool! It was a fun room to design and I enjoy being in it.

I honestly didin't think I had a chance. There were some amazing rooms in that contest!

I don't want to complain, but I can't understand why I don't win anything in my rooms. I did everything they said (took out the Teleporters, changed the name to "yourcharactername Pin Trading"), and I still got bupkus. This is the second time this has happened, the second time I lost, and that's two times too many. I don't get it.
