Not to the sound of DH roaming around the house, or the alarm clock, or even beautiful birds chirping out the window but this....

MY SON SHOUTING! " Mom, Lauren (my DD) just threw up!"

I had two thoughts in the head (pre coffee)... 1) I hope my baby is better 2) I hope she didn't throw up on the carpet!

She then went back to sleep... then she woke up.. and asked for some water.. she feel asleep sitting in the kitchen with her head near her water...

Then put her back in bed and took DS to school.. she threw up again...

My baby is sick!

Bless her heart. I hope Lauren is feeling better soon. It's so hard when our babies are ill and there's not much you can do to help them feel better.

Hope this is a shortlived illness.

Poor thing. I hope she gets to feeling better soon.

We went through that at my house last week with my youngest. Now I have something. My head is clogged, I'm sneazing and I feel dizzy. I could barely stand up this morning to help DS get ready for school then I had to go out in the rain to drive him:(

So....how's the carpet???? :) Sorry, I couldn't resist. DD did that on New Year's Day after eating until around midnight...and let's just say - IT WAS A QUICK WAY TO FINALLY CLEAN THE CARPETS!!!!   I felt so bad for her though...because she felt so bad for getting my carpets icky. Fortunately she was only sick once but the rest of the day she had a high fever and ended up being bronchitis!

Hope your dd gets better soon!
