What's your specific source? "Google" isn't clear.

Edit: doing some looking around, I see that other teams' jersey sponsors pay them. Why a corporation would hand money to a sports team isn't clear to me, but if Disney's got $5 million to hand to a team, it's their money. I also see that very few fans can even identify which company sponsors their team, so it's money down the drain.
