I Wish Disney Would Go Away!!! Pinpics question

I spend enough money on Disney. Now I have dusted off my shoeboxes of Disney pins and am putting them in a new pin bag I just bought. Upon putting them in my Pin Pcs library I see there are seveal hundred more I GOTTA have. Great. Thanks Disney. The kids didn't need to go to college anyway.

On to my question. Somewhere, somehow I acquired the November 1-30, 1999 Toy Story pins. These are blue and when you put all 30 together I think it makes the Test Track car. Anyway, I cannot find info on these anywhere. I searched over at Pin Pics but no luck.

Anybody know about these?

Thanks (again)

Yeah. Those were the Pins of the Day WDW released during their Millennium Celebration. IIRC, each day a different pin was released, and all the pins for each month formed a different mosaic picture. DW Lauri and I were there in November 1999 for our honeymoon and bought the one for November 6, our wedding day.

I don't remember if they were LE or not (I'm thinking not) and don't remember the price of them.

You know, I don't even think they're on pinpics. I did a search for "pin of the day" and "mosaic." Both pulled up a huge amount, but nothing that looked like the pins. I tried "test track mosaic", but found nothing.

Maybe someone else like Figgy or Dom would know. I'll change the title of this thread a little to get their attention.

Disney-Junkie...this is the best I could find on PinPics:

Pin 11800: Epcot Photo Mosaics Puzzle Piece (October, 1999)

Here is what the description says:

This pin was the first to be released in a series of Photo Mosaic pins. The back of my pin reads the following: "2000 Walt Disney World October 1, 1999 Epcot Pin Set I of XV Photomosaics by Robert Silvers" the Disney copyright, and Made in Taiwan.

This pin would be the top left hand corner of the Epcot mosaic. It sold out very quickly. The pin measures 3"wide by 2 1/4" tall. The card it comes on has the 2000 logo in the top right, the WDW logo in the top left, and October 1, 1999 on the bottom.

Hope this helps!...Disneyboy

Thanks for the reply. Yea, that is the same one and only one I found that resembles the Toy Story mosaic one I have. I thought that was odd.

Thanks again.
