Fish! Stop right there! Take those nasties to a friends house, or put them in the car or better yet, in the trash! (I mean, who really needs them anyway?) Empower yourself to be good to yourself! Have a big glass of water, stare those buggers in the ingredients list and pitch 'em!

Give it away to someone else right now so it won't be there to tempt you. Then, you won't have to think about it and resist it. Also though, remember that you can't totally deprive yourself of your favorite things. If you do, you will end up going on a binge. Think about allowing yourself to have a serving once a week.....or however often you want. You can also work it into your plan and just eat a little less at your other meals, if it will make you feel better (unless you're doing Atkins, which I guess would not let you have that snack, in which case, maybe you should consider WW or a different plan which would allow it). I hope this helped.
 
Put down the Cheddar Cheese Chex Mix and back away and no one will get hurt! :D

Just picture that Cheddar Cheese Chex Mix stuck to your tushie!! That should do the trick!!

You can resist the urge. You don't need them. Find something better for you with the crunch. You can do this. Get them out of your possession.:D
 
Run don't walk to the nearest trashcan.
 
Take them and throw them down the garbage disposal. Chop them to smitherines. You are so much stronger than the snacks. You can do it! I know you can!

LOL! I Love everyones suggestions here!! I do agree with them too, throw them away and then you won't be tempted! You can do it, we all have faith in you!! :):)
 
I agree - get rid of them! And then don't grocery shop hungry where you'll be tempted to buy them again!
 
Stomp on them until they are a fine powder, and then flush'em down the toilet. That way they won't be tempted to jump back out of the trash can and back into your life ;)

But they were on sale. :teeth: and I wasn't "making better choices" when I saw them.

Thanks guys.... I'm having a hard time with the "throwing them away" gig..... after all, they're perfectly good. BUT, I didn't eat any. I've been very good for two days using my palm as a measuring device, and including all the good stuff (wheat bread, vegetables, fruits and some protein). So far, so good.... I actually feel really good about myself.

NOW, please remind me of this when I come crying in a couple of days begging for food or trying to get back in the game after a slip up. :guilty:
