I went bagless for the first time

I got $1 ponchos at the dollar store.

We get the $1.00 from Walmart. I have about 20 in our owners locker. In the morning I grab a few and put them in my back pocket. If I use it, I just toss it. Not only is it cheap, easy to carry but in my back pocket it makes my butt look good. Lol

I tried to go bagless on one trip. My kids each had a messenger bag for their stuff (which meant I had to wait in line with them anyhow). I realized that I had been carrying around everyone's stuff while all I needed was a wallet and a cellphone (which easily fit in my non-cargo pant pockets). So, we were waiting for a parade, and DD#1 put her bag on the ground. Then we decided not to watch the parade, and we left the park. On the bus to OKW, we realized that DD#1 was missing her bag. I called lost & found, and as soon as we got back to the resort, I hopped on a bus that went back to DHS. It turns out that miraculously, no one had touched her bag. It was sitting right where she had left it.

After that debacle, DH declared that mom had to be the family sherpa and that kids are not allowed to have their own bags.

Though, now that the kids are older, we may try it again this year.

This is one of the main reasons I wear Transitions lenses - only one set of glasses to deal with. I have used a strap in the past to keep them on and not had any issues, but I also don't go on too many thrill rides. I have done TT and BTMRR though.

I asked my eye doctor about transitions lenses, and he didn't recommend them for me. So I'm stuck hauling 2 pairs of glasses and a case around.:headache:

I used to not bring a bag, but then increasingly I wanted to ensure that I'd be ready for whatever situation (clothes getting too wet from a ride, weather changing, etc) that I now always bring one

I'm wondering if I could talk DH into wearing this after my kids outgrow the stroller:

Looks like it might be hot though...
