It's been awhile sicne we've posted on here but here is my question.
I am planning on calling DVC to see what we can do but I'd like to see if anyone has had any experience with a similar situation.
My DH got sick roughly 3 years ago, couldn't work during the illness and insurance and my paycheck didn't cover all of our bills. We filed CH11. I informed DVC that we couldn't pay on our contracts. Now that everything is back to normal and we're back on our feet both financially and health wise what do you think our chances are of getting our contracts back up to date with DVC?
My bet is they will say you are out of luck. I can still login in to our DVC account online and the contract numbers are still there they jsut list them as needing attention.
Keep in mind here I have not contacted DVC as of yet but I am going to do so this week. Any help would be appreciated.
