Yup, Thursday morning. My husband called and waited on hold for 40 minutes (!!!) before a CM came on the phone. After taking only his last name and zip code, he was put on hold and disconnected!!! Grrr...
So my husband called back, waited another 30 minutes, was put on hold again and disconnected AGAIN!!!!! (Argh, all those cell phone minutes used for nothing.......)
The third call, my husband asked that he not be put on hold and things worked fine. It has never happened to us before so hopefully it is just something quirky that will be fixed soon.
