I was speaking with a CM, then got put on hold. What happened?

This morning I was trying to see if I could get two more of my nights at the Ap or Fl Res rate. The CM was looking at my information and said for me to hold on. She never came back. Has anyone else had this happen?

Yup, Thursday morning. My husband called and waited on hold for 40 minutes (!!!) before a CM came on the phone. After taking only his last name and zip code, he was put on hold and disconnected!!! Grrr...

So my husband called back, waited another 30 minutes, was put on hold again and disconnected AGAIN!!!!! (Argh, all those cell phone minutes used for nothing.......)

The third call, my husband asked that he not be put on hold and things worked fine. It has never happened to us before so hopefully it is just something quirky that will be fixed soon.

The same thing happened to me this morning! I had a great CM helping me and she said she was going to check out some other options, she put me on hold and then the phone disconnected. I called back and they told me that there was no way they could connect me to the same CM. The next CM wasn't as helpful. So I will be calling back, I hope that doesn't happen again!

It happened to me last year, except with PS at Cindys Breakfast. I had called all week and not got in. On Sat. morning I got through and was told I could get a ressie and then the phone went dead. Well, you can imagine when I got back through everything was booked. I spoke with a supervisor and she said if there was a cancellation she would call be back later that day. Well, I thought "yea, right." Guess what? At about 2:30 that same day she did call me back with a ressie. I was soooo excited and sooo appreciative. So at least I had a happy ending. Although, I wasn't that knocked out with the meal.
