Oh nooo! I had no idea that the OP had a sad history here!

The OP lost her dd and both of her granddaughters, Emma and Sophie, in a house fire a few years ago. It was, and is, heartbreaking. She doesn't post much anymore but every now and again there is an update. In fact, when I saw her screenname I got excited until I realized it was an old post. I think of her and her family often and say prayers for them.

This story is one of the funniest posts I have ever read! God bless her and her family.

That story has always been the funniest story I have ever read on the DIS. I laughed until I cried when I read it.

I also remember when the horrible tragedy involving her daughter and grandchildren happened, and I hope she and her husband are doing well. I cannot imagine such a terrible thing happening. I hope she knows we are still thinking of her.

I have to bump this thread because it is still my favorite of all time! I just read about the tragedy that happened to the OP and I am heartbroken for her and her family. Prayers go out to them.
