And he was wrong!!! HA!

Icky work stuff. I work on an IT help desk supporting end users of our retail POS system. I just WASTED 45 minutes proofing out numbers because a salesperson WOULD NOT LISTEN to what I was saying.

But....vindication is mine, as he had conveniently forgotten about sales tax!

Sorry to be so vindictive, but he was so patronizing, and I was trying to be nothing short of kind, caring, supportive, and professional. (I also told him he could stop calling me 'sweetheart')

Mamajoan--I SWEAR that's what I felt like. I mean it's debits and credits and they all net down to zero, it's NOT rocket science at this level.
