i was reported for somebody trading me an object and me not trading back

This person traded me a hat
and after about 10 minuts was begging me to trade back
he said he would report me and never forget my name just because he traded me a hat

do you think I am right in keeping it
he had two chances to deny the trade in the windows
I felt like i gave him a more then fair trade also

No, you will not get in trouble. The other person agreed to the trade. There is no rule that you must trade back if they change their mind.

Always be sure you like the trade BEFORE you click accept.

I dont' get why people would trade something and then decide they want it back after the trade. Once an item has been traded to you, it is yours to do with as you see fit! ^_^
