I would definetly follow up on this complaint. If not for you, for all mothers. As the primary income provider in my home I was not capable of keeping up with the pumping schedule , so I had to bottle feed. That doesn't make us any less parents that breast feeding mothers.
No one has said that!!! How did you reach that conclusion?
All we are saying is that for some women, they don't want to put their breasts on display for the whole world to see when they are breast feeding. So Disney, being the nice company they are, have gave them a room with 4 whole chairs, to make them comfortable. Yet somehow people turn this around to be anit-bottle feeding, or even discriminatory.
No one is saying parents who bottle feed are less of a parent. The fact is that you can feed in public without having to expose your private parts, which breast feeding moms cannot do. That is all anyone has said.
Gosh, this is starting to sound like a bunch of jealous little ninnys. And what a stupid thing to be jealous over. Reminds me of Marcia and Greg fighting over who got their own room. Can't you just be happy that Disney is so thoughtful that they make a place for breast feeding moms to be comfortable nursing? Does it have to be a well, they got something, so now I deserve it too thing?
As my best friend tells me when I whine and complain over something silly" It is time to put your big girl panties on and deal." Be happy that Disney has a room for breast feeding moms to be comfortable in. Stop feeling jealous and left out.
