Thought this might help someone out. I've been trying to order vouchers since Friday, and I hate giving my info out over the phone (plus, with Connections, the fewer humans who deal with your account the better
).
After numerous unanswered e-mails, and phone conversations with morons, I started thinking about it, and took down my firewall. Sure enough, EVERY PAGE loaded quickly, and I could place my order with no problem.
Sooo... if you have a firewall, you may want to take it down long enugh to order, and then put it back up (those of you on office computers are probably out of luck).
I called back and told them about the problem, but I don't know if they understand the difference between a firewall and wallpaper. Oh well....
