"I Want To Go Back!!!"....a Sept 2010 PTR(upd 10/12-TR Started!)

I'm in LOVE with Call Me Coral!!! It's so me. I love all things leopard and that tank was too cute to pass up. It's an appropriate leopard for a 7 year old.



Our reunion is a restaurant/bar and it's actually where our post-game parties are held. It has 4 floors and the upper 3 floors have outdoor patios. Those probably won't be in use in late-November. They also have a basement bar. They have great food and the atmosphere is great. We couldn't hold it over the summer because it's all booked up with weddings and other reunions! We're also having a happy hour at a different bar Friday night and a tour of the high schoool Saturday afternoon. They've remodeled about 90% of the school since we graduated and it looks so different. I won't be going on the tour because I'm at the HS all the time. My mom works there (she's the athletic director's secretary and no, she didn't work there when I was in school) and that is where our dance recital is held.

That sounds like fun...and a huge place! I think ours may actually be right on the beach. I'm sure people will stay after it officially ends but still, the hours just make it seem a little strange. Plus they want $55/person to attend for appetizers, beer, and wine. I think that's a little steep for only 3 hours!

Wow! That's a lot of money for not a lot of stuff! Ours is probably going to be a full buffet/bar. I'm on the planning committee and I'm so excited!

What a nice gift for Mother's Day/Anniversary!! I like that VB print a lot. for your DH losing 20 pounds! That is a big accomplishment. Cute tank top for Madison--so appropriate for AK! I know I was down looking at clothes we have put asside for my DD, it is all dependent on what is going to fit for her too come September.

I can't wait to use my new VB bag. I currently use the bucket tote in Paprika and it's awesome. I use my old hipster for trips to mini-golf, the zoo etc. Places where I don't want a big bag. Madison grows so quickly and I really hope I don't have to buy her new clothes (again) before our trip. I'll probably pick up a few things at the end of the season, but that's it!

I went and bought my VB at Jenss today (do they have those everywhere?). They have a whole corner of VB in the store and I could stay there all day. I'm obsessed with Target. I go there for 5 things and spend $100!!!

I LOVE your new purse! The color is great! I was thinking of getting a VB and was on may way to Jenns but then saw a cute purse at JCPenneys that I got instead. It's along the same lines as a hipster but it's all black. I thought I'd get more use out of it and I had a $10 off coupon.

It's both fun and annoying when you are at the age when all your friends get married. It's soo fun and happy but it can do damage on your wallet! Thankfully both DH and I are over that hump now. Now we get invited to 2nd and 3rd weddings!

Hmm...I might have to stop by ON this weekend. I'm looking for a small purse like bag that would be a good size for carrying diapers and wipes and such in the park so I can just grab it and go in the bathroom. Any ideas if I could find something like that there? I did see something I liked at Target for $10, so if ON doesn't have anything, I might go back and get that one.

It's such a great summer-y pattern. A few of my dance students are really into Vera too. One of my students has the Call Me Coral hipster and another girl just got the Morgan in Call Me Coral!!! I love that tank for Maddie. She's going to look so cute!

It is fun and annoying with all these weddings coming up. I know they will be tons of fun, but it's not fun buying all these shower gifts. Thankfully, I don't need to buy any new dresses. The 2 summer wedding are both on the same side of the family, but totally different venues. One is more formal and the other one is at the beach. For the fall weddings it's 2 totally different groups of people.

Thank you! I'm usually not a fan of busy patterns, but I love VB!! Pinks and corals are my favorite colors so I couldn't pass it up.

ON has a bunch of different purses/bags that might work for you. I was there the other day, but I wasn't paying much attention to the bags. If we don't have it, just drive across the parking lot to Target!

I did buy my MNSSHP tickets this morning. They still had one on Sept 28th, so that's when we're going!

I was awake and at my computer by 6:45am this morning waiting to see if the FD rumors were true. 7am came and there was still nothing (I had mousesavers and the Disney visa site open). Finally, a DISer posted that she was on the phone with Disney and FD was now open for Visa cardholders!!! I immediately grabbed my phone and my Disney notebook (we all have one, right?). The voice prompts weren't there anymore, I just had to keep hitting numbers. I was then told "due to a higher than normal call volume, your call will be answered in more than 30 minutes". I was ok with that because it was only 7:15am. I didn't have to wait too long because my call was answered around 7:30ish.

I had a lovely CM and when she answered, I said that I'd like to use the new Disney Visa offer that was out today. She said no problem and she asked if I wanted to upgrade to the regular dining plan. Of course I said yes! (it's free quick service at the values). She had to remove my room only code but that wasn't a problem. I had to verify my Disney Visa card number and she applied the code. I got to keep my standard room and my same ressie #. She then asked if I wanted to buy MNSSHP tickets as well. Yup!!! So, free dining is applied and my tickets are bought. What a great day!!!

After all the excitement this morning, I was able to spend some time with the family. Tony made us fresh grape juice this morning (we bought a juicer about a month ago) and it was delicious. I got Madison ready for school and dropped her off. I came home and helped Tony pack for his trip to Florida. His brother is graduating from FSU this weekend, so he'll be gone until Monday night. After I dropped him off at the airport, I had to call my mom and tell her my good news!!!! What a fantastic way to start my day.

I actually have to leave to pick Madison up from school in a little bit. They are getting dismissed at 11:15am today. So pointless! They start school at 9am. Oh well. Then, it's off to the dentist this afternoon to get cavities filled. That will be a not so great part of the day.

Yes, I most certainly did get FB! I've heard that 40% off at a Deluxe is always better than FB.

Thank you! Actually, I don't ever take off my bag except for RNRC and maybe BTMRR (I put it in the little net bag). It's so easy to get things out of and it never falls off my shoulder like a regular purse. I love that little tank! Target is the best.

I'm so excited for FD!!!! The dentist is going to stink...I just hope Maddie doesn't freak out.

I think our shorts sale ends today (all shorts for adults are $15, kids are $10 I think). But, with the 30% off sale, it might be an even better deal!

I'm SO happy about FD! It's such a great deal for us. I'm hoping the dentist won't be bad either. I'm really wondering if they will have to numb Madison for her 3 fillings. If they're in baby teeth, I don't think they will have to drill too much. I had 2 same cavities 6 months ago and I didn't need to be numbed. I probably will today since they're fixing something. Yuck!
