Your posts always make me want to go shopping! I may have an obsession with flip flops too, although most of mine are from JCrew or else random stores. Funny since I really can only wear them for a few months out of the year up here. You are getting so close! Cute trick or treat bags by the way.

As soon as it hits about 45 degrees, I'm in flip flop! Call me crazy, but I just love them.

The trick or treat bags are awesome! Madison decided she wans the Mickey skeleton one, I'm taking Tink (of course) and Tony gets Toy Story. For 99 cents each you can't beat it!

We think it's neat that tomorrow is the 11th and we'll be 11 days away!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. We just got home a little while ago from my sister's field hockey game. It was in Geneva, NY at William Smith College and my sister plays for Oneonta. Both teams went into today's game at 3-0, but my sister's team played HORRIBLY and lost 6-0! The other team was exceptionally good. It was a gorgeous day outside and I wish I would have been better prepared. First of all, I wore jeans and a black shirt (their colors are red and black). Thank goodness I had a red tank top on under the t-shirt. It was blazing hot out and the sun was just beating down on us. Plus, we didn't wear sunscreen so now I have a nice sunburn on my left arm and shoulder. Not cool!

Tomorrow, is FOOTBALL!!! Yes, the Buffalo Bills really stink lately, but I still love them dearly. After church, we will prepare for opening day. Tony wants to invite some friends over, but I'd much prefer a low key day. Does anyone have any fun plans for the rest of the weekend??

well, me and dd went to a bday party last nite, hubby and the boys went out to dinner--just boys!!! LOL... we lazed around today, swam and played in the pool til well after dark. It was a great day!! they are eating sandwiches and we are gonna maybe do popcorn and a movie....after church will probably be nap time!!! Not sure about tomorrow evening...maybe some pool time...we dont have too many weekends left before the water will get too cold! Girl....are you soooo excited!!! You are almost outta here!!!!!

We are BIG Clemson Tiger fans. Brad & Levi went to the game today. Lexi & I wanted to go, but I had to stay home & get ready for Disney since this is our last weekend before trip. Thank goodness Lexi is old enough to help me. Tomorrow after church I hope to pack our suitcases!
Dallas Cowboys & Carolina Panthers are our top pro team.
But, since ya'll now have one of our star Clemson players, CJ Spillars, we are now Buffalo Bills fans too!
We will be watching the game tomorrow, pulling for Bills because of CJ & hope he does ya'll right!

Sounds like a nice weekend. I spend most of today in the car (before and after the field hockey game). I am ready to crash right now!

For some reason, Madison loves Clemson...or as she used to say "The Paws". My BIL goes to FSU and she can't stand the Seminoles! She didn't like their tomahawk chop when she was little. One day, FSU was playing Clemson and she decided she wanted The Paws to win. It's so funny because my DH is the only one who is interested in college football!!! My high school mascot was the Panthers and we always had Panther paws everywhere, so I like that she likes teams with paws!

We were so pumped to get CJ! He is the starting running back tomorrow!!!

We were out on our boat on the river yesterday for breakfast and I was wearing sweats, by noon it was blazing hot out and I was sweating!! We all got burned too. I feel your pain!
We watched college football all day yesterday and are now getting ready for the Bills game. We are going to my uncle's for a family birthday party/Bills game celebration! GO BILLS!!

We watched the college games yesterday. We're big Saints fans and since they played Thursday there's no game to watch today.

Flip flops are the best kind of footwear (besides Uggs!). I go through white ones like crazy!

I built up a fairly decent flip flop tolerance in high school, but I lost it. I stopped wearing them in college, because I had jobs that required closed toed shoes and I did a lot more walking in general.
I tried to wear some at the beginning of this summer, and they gave me blisters.

At Old Navy, we're allowed to wear them in the summer months if we meet our weekly Old Navy credit card goal (how many credit cards we get customers to open...not fun). However, some managers are laid back about it. You just can't wear them if you're part of the shipment team. In the fall/winter, I can wear my Uggs to work so that's perfect!

What can I say, I love flip flops!

It is a neat fact about the benches. I know that at Tops you can recycle your plastic shopping bags and they use them to create benches too!

It is quite the list. I've managed to cross off a few items, but I've also added a few more!

SINGLE DIGIT DANCE PARTY!!!​

I can't even believe I'm at single digits today. I feel like I just made my ADR's and that was back in March! I was talking to Tony last night and I told him I'm super excited about our trip, but I almost don't want it to get here. He looked at me like I was crazy, but I told him once it gets here, all of the anticipation will be over. I love the feeling I get when a Disney trip is approaching.

Well, I managed to cross a few things off of my to-do list this weekend, but not much. We sent THE letter into school today with Madison....hope the teachers don't mind! My mom finally took Madison's measurements for her costume yesterday. I can't wait to see the finished product. I also made my tip envelope for Via Napoli!

The letters aren't perfectly straight, but I still think it looks cute. The Italy stickers are scrapbooking stickers.

I added a few things to my list this weekend too. I need to wash my hipster (it's a little dirty in spots), give myself a pedicure and of course, do online check-in. We'll be faxing in our requests on Friday afternoon, so I won't do online check-in until next Monday.

I have to head into ON today to work (blah), but first, I'll leave you with our countdown facts from the past few days.

OMG - 9 days! I am so excited for you! I totally am with you - the anticipation of the trip is the best. I love the planning and the excitement leading up to the actual trip. Almost as good (not quite though) as being there.

Thank you for reminding me I probably should fax in my room requests. I never have before, I just rely on the fact that it's on my reservation, but it's probably a good idea.

Question about the LGMH. They're in Lowes, correct? Are they out in the open or do you have to ask for them? I went to Lowes with Kris the other day and did a quick look around but didn't see them. He was there for something else and it was late so I didn't look too hard but if you could shed some light I'd appreciate it!

Yay for 9 days!! I know exactly what you mean-- half the fun of a Disney trip is the planning and anticipating...and then the trip always goes by in such a flash! :-( Then there's nothing to look forward to anymore-- unless, of course, you immediately start planning another trip lol.
I love the Via Napoli envelope! Michaels is such a dangerous place for me-- so many wonderful scrapbooking stickers!
