I want to be under 200 pounds...Anyone else??

hi to all!! Well after my weigh in this am at work, i have finally made it!! with a pound to spare!! The rest from now till Disney is just GRAVY BABY :teeth:

I'm 23, 5'2" and 239 lbs. I'd love to be under 200 lbs! I can't remember the last time I was under 200 lbs (I've been steadily gaining weight since I hit puberty). I once lost 26 lbs on Weight Watchers, but gained it back. I've started WW again (but on my own, without going to meetings). After my first I lost 1 lb and last week I didn't loose anything, I just maintained my 239. I wasn't working hard enough on keeping to my diet and exercising, so I'm hoping to see more results this week. My weigh in date is Thursdays so tomorrow will tell.

I'll be at WDW next May 6-12th. Ideally, I'd like to lose about 60 lbs by then, but I'm not sure if that's realistic, so I'd be just as happy to be under 200 by then.
 

Just got back from my Weigh-In. Down 1 lb. to 213.6! Can't believe I'm happy about 213.6, but I started at 260!!

46.4 lbs and 14.6 to get to 199!

Hi, just wanted to say all of you have inspired me to get back after it. I lost 38lbs on the Zone 2 years ago but then like everything else I couldn't stick with it. Even though I really liked the science behind it, the time constraints on when you had to eat were hard for me to do with kids. I have not put any of those lbs back on (shows me it really is a good program) and now I just need 7 more to get to onderland. Here's to healthy eating.

I stil have those last pounds to go. I really want to be there on my birthday on the 14th! Don't know if I can, but I know I will be there eventually!

Where is everybody???

Weighed-in today. Down .6 lbs. to 213.

Getting closer, but I'm not going to hit my goal of 199 by my 40th birthday. That's only 11 days away. Oh well, I'm definitely thinner than when I turned 39!
 
I understand that Cindy. I am so close, but will not be at 199 by next Thursday. I am going to shoot for Christmas to be at 199. That's about 10 pounds. I can do it!

I weighed in last Sat. and was at 215. (loss of 1#) :thumbsup2 I won't be weighing in until next Sat. I continue to make good choices. I don't have really a timeframe to lose a particular amount of weight....but I will be going to Hawaii Jan 2007 to see daughter and her dh and their new baby!!! It would be nice to be 15# lighter maybe by then---ooohhh that would make me in onederland by then!!!!. I already am happy and thrilled for losing 26# so far.

My friend/co-worker weighed in yesterday and the results.....200 even.
I still have 15# to get to 199, but it takes time.

Actually, my friend Jenny brought over a whole plate for my DH's birthday. Naturally, I had to eat one immediately. It would have been rude not to, right?

Brownies, eh? I remember what they taste like! DH made some gluten free ones for us to try. I think I will stick to the memories! :rotfl2:

With going on the gluten free diet, I also eliminated root veggies. I miss chips. Can't even have the low fat low cal baked ones. Unless they aren't real potatoes! :rotfl:

I do indulge on ice dream on occassion. Bryers has a low fat double churned that is pretty good. I just do vanilla so the sugar is lower. I do crave chocolate truffles. At least those are gluten free!

I need to stop! Starting to wonder what's up in the cupboard!

Anybody else into the Weight Watchers Smoothies? I've been drinking them for breakfast for the last week. They're yummy! I make mine with skim milk and frozen fruit. That makes them thick like a milkshake. They best part? They keep me satisfied till lunch! So, I'm not looking for a donut or a muffin to eat mid-morning.

Yes!!! I LOVE thos smoothies. I don't have them for breakfast , but I have them either in the afternoon (work) or in evening as a treat. They DO keep you filled, huh? they are great!!!!

I was 215 last time, but did not go last Sat., BUT this monday or Tues I went to get a pre-employment physical and the scale was 212! I go tomorrow....
we will see, if it was anything under 215, that would be very cool. (it was a different scale, though).............

Alright! Keep up the good work! I tried on an OLD pair of jeans last night that were size 16. They fit! I haven't worn a 16 since before I got pregnant with my DD, 18 years ago! They were a little too tight for me to be comfortable in public, but the zipped and I could breathe. That means I'm close to shopping the the "regular" store, and I'm thrilled over that.

Well, I have been on vacation. Thrilled to weigh when I got home after a week of sitting in the car and muchning that I did not gain any weight. Phew.

Keep up the positive attitude Cyndiu! One thing I learned from someone long ago is to set a shoot for goal and and settle for goal. I am not good at setting goals period--fear of failure I think. Anyway, congrats on the total loss. :cheer2:
 
Yeah Cindy! That is great! I too found some clothes I wore before last child who is 10. Just a few pair of pants. Still need some new tops and blouses. Very excited to go shopping later today!

Happy early Birthday Cindy too! Mine was yesterday, and I am not at 199. VERY close! in fact, nearly 40 pounds closer than my birthday last year!

Let's keep going!
