I haven't posted in a while because I am really disgusted with myself. I have gained 3lbs and now am up to 210.
The good news is that I am really trying to get back on track and starting losing again. Wish me luck.

I have been changing my lifestyle since March and have lost 64.1 pounds. I have 8.4 lbs to go to hit 200, and would love the support I know W.I.S.H.er's can offer. I am not doing a specific eating plan, just really watching what I eat, walking every day (2-4 miles) and refocusing my emotional eating.
