Hi all,
I just stumbled across this thread and it looks so encouraging. Mind if I join? I would also love to see a 1 in front of my weight when I step onto the scale. Can't wait to read all this thread. Thanks.

I am now 7 months pregnent, and I saw the scale go back over 200 lbs and thought I would cry, however, there is good reason and I know that. Now I just need a support group to go to when I have to lose all this weight *again* in October. On the bright side, I still go to Curves for a workout a couple of times a week to make the post-natal recovery easier to get into. I can't wait to see the scale go down again!
and welcome!! We will be here for you!! That is so wonderful that you are expecting a baby and good for you for still doing some form of (safe) exercise!! I've never been pregnant but if I was I would probably just sit on my butt!!
How did you lose your weight before??
Another Member!!!! woo hoo!!!

For the first few months it was next to impossible to eat. I think I lost 10 pounds the first month. After that I was just able to eat less and go to the gym once in a while. It also helped that DH was in Iraq and wasn't around to sabotage (sp?) my efforts
However, now that I'm used to my braces, I don't have a problem eating anymore, oh well, one step forward, two steps back. As long as I try agian. Oh and DH is back and of course he always has to say, "What, your not gonna eat anything?" just because I don't eat the same unhealthy fare as he enjoys.

so the Free Dining will pack on a few pounds. Oh well. I'll just have to work that much harder when I get back.
Loss is a loss!!!
I am now 218.5. closer and closer we come
