I WANT a Cuttlebug.

Hi. Went to Michaels today, with my 50% off coupon in hope of a Cuttlebug. Then to find out that Cricut makes them. DARN. I am not paying $99.00.So I hit Walmart. $69.00, a little better.Is there any other place with a better price.Canadian and I usually don't buy on line.

They are still supposed to take the coupon. ProvoCraft makes them, but they are NOT a Cricut product.

I bought my cuttlebug in June at Michaels with a coupon. The cashier was doubtful, but the computer accepted it.

I got mine yesterday at M's with the 50% off coupon.
It's $50.00 CDN with the coupon.

Did you ask when you were there? Go back today, the coupon is good for today and Tuesday.

Ditto that the manufacturer is Provo Craft, not Cricut. You may have to do some arguing, but that is the rule.

P.S. When you get your Cuttlebug I might have some extra disney themed new in the package cutting dies for it, if you are intereted. (I got them during the Big Lots sale, so they were dirt cheap, and I went a little overboard! )

And, to the OP - Cricut and Cuttlebug are owned by Provo Craft, but ARE NOT the same thing. There is no Cricut on the packaging, they should take that coupon!

They should take it! I didn't use it on the machine, but I have used the coupons TONS of times on the embossing and cutting dies.

I also was WANTing a Cuttlebug - I decided I had to have one to do embossing.

I ended up finding a Sizzix Big Kick, which will do the embossing, as well as die cuts, and can use different companies dies/embossing folders. I found a lot that included the Big Kick machine, 13 embossing plates/folders, and 16 cutting dies for $69.

So you might want to check ebay. You have to keep looking and be persistent, but if you can't get one at Michaels, or want more for your money, try looking.

They also have had them at Joann's online for 50% and free shipping. Not sure what they are right now, but check their website.

I am like the OP, from Canada. Our online shipping options are slim. We can't order from Jo's or other places. A lot of times our only hope is Ebay and finding somebody that ships to Canada.

I can't imagine why companies are so reluctant to ship to Canada I can understand them not wanting to ship to the UK (understand but not happy with although plenty do ship) but its not like its a difficult journey

Amazon had one listed for $39.99 a few weeks ago. It was a blue one with the extra tools. I almost bought it as a give away for a crop weekend and am sorry that I didn't buy one or two of them now!

I bought the blue Cuttlebug with the Bonus Tool Set from eBay about a month ago and it's perfect! You have to check often, though, because right now the prices are a little higher, but when I bought mine, it was $69.95 with free shipping! And it came with a bunch of tools... and it has a pretty blue design. =)

I bought that last month from Amazon. Loving it. I don't remember if it was free shipping, but I only tend to buy things from Amazon that have free shipping.
