I trolley

We are going to Orlando (not staying on Disney property) and doing a few non-Disney things for the 1st time. Does anyone have any experience with the I-trolley? Can you park at a central location and ride? Any insight or help would be appreciated. We are trying to save on parking at Sea World, etc...thanks
