Ay, ay, ay!
ohMom was kind enough to come up with an exercise challenge for me to follow for a week. She sent if off in the mail last week and I got it last night and opened it this morning (only the truly lazy can wait until the last minute to open mail containing an exercise challenge).

Anyway, she photocopied some pages out of an old Self magazine she had. The first page shows a woman doing regular push ups (no bended knees) in the first picture, then lowering her upper body down, bending one knee and keeping ONE OF HER LEGS UP IN THE AIR!!! in the second picture! What the heck???!!!
I am going to attempt this, but I wanted to have a few witnesses in case I die or break anything....
