I just passed ROFR on Monday. My use year is December. I have '07 points that I think have to be banked by July 31st. She's telling me I have till Aug. 31st. Who's right?

However, it is not unheard of for Disney to give a little leeway to new owners who miss the banking deadline through no fault of their own. She may be taking this into account - or she may not know what she is talking about.
