I think I know why I didnt get charged!!!

Many of you had spoke of getting charged and are getting charged 90 dollars + for outside vendors fees (STVS video, Photography ect). I found this strange due to the fact that I did not get charged this fee. This could be that Disney has just recently added this to their contract, and since I was married back in 2003 it did not apply to me at that time, or...............

MAJOR FACTOR TO THINK ABOUT..........my vendors were all marked as my guest and had place seatings at a table with my family and ate what we ate, even at the Illuminations Dessert Party. I did not get them just a deli plate and they were to participate in every aspect of my wedding. My family loved Stan and Bonnie by the way, and some of my distant family thought that Stan was a distant family memeber as well. Thats how much he blended in. Anyway, They recieved everything that my guest recieved so if they were a guest of mine how could disney charge them since I was already being charged for them as a per person guest.
I hope one of you recent brides can answer this.
Did you have Stan and Bonnie or Randy marked as your guest or did you just order the deli plate for them?
If they were your guest did you have to pay the vendors fee??

I would love to know this question. This may actually slightly help out alot of brides with extra fees if the vedors will be staying for some time.

that's a good thought.. but wouldn't really be the answer more than likely you were "grandfathered" in under the old policy!

It's all in when you contact DFTW for the first time.. so unfortunately there is no way around the fee for current brides!

I'm so please to hear how well Stan and Bonnie fit in.. they are really delightful people!

Oh yes I remember now you saying this before somewhere and yes it's probably a reason why you didn't get charged, that was very sweet of you Ellie. LOL we love Stan & Bonnie and Randy & Linda such wonderful couples that work so well together.

We actually went with deli-plates and Stan commented that it was better than Disney's usual deli-plate fare - we did give both Stan, Bonnie and Randy our favors though.

Oh and by the way Ellie I absolutely ADORE your new piccy in your siggy - sooooo beautiful

AAWWEEE thank you Sam for liking my piccy in my siggy. My daughter is a computer wiz and makes all kinds of banners and graphics so she changed mine. I see that you are going to MNSSHP in two weeks Your gonna love it!!! We have done this before and they go all out for the kids. My daughter dressed as Cruela and was escorted to the front of the line when Cruela seen her. She also was pulled into the parade for a bit to walk with Cruela. The candy she got was mounds and mounds. I really wish I was going again but school is calling
I cant wait till she gets out or older one or the other so that we are able to go when we want to.
Have you ever done MVMCP. That is another awesome event that I miss but the family doesnt like the weather at that time of the year because it is too cold for them they say. They want to be at the pool or water parks all day. Although we did go to both when we were there once in Dec.
If you get a chance try to get to Universals Horror Nights. THAT IS AWESOME!!!!
