Tues Jan 4 - lunch at Wolfgang Puck Express (11:00-11:30) w/friends from Tampa
Tues Jan 4 - dinner at Ohana 5:30 PS so we can hit the beach for Wishes at 7

Wed Jan 5 - Breakfast at WL River Fork Grab-n-go (EE at Epcot)
Wed Jan 5 - Lunch?
Wed Jan 5 - Dinner at Le Cellier 7:30

We don't plan on spending the entire day at Epcot and I'd like to do Future World in the a.m., leave (AK?), then come back for World Showcase/dinner. Any AK lunch suggestions?

Thurs Jan 6 - Breakfast at Main Street Bakery (EE at MK)
Thurs Jan 6 - Lunch at LTT (late, how late can you book PS?). Dh has a flight home at 5:10 so he'll need to leave around 2:30-3 and this will be our "big" meal for the day so I'm hoping to book at 1:15 or so

Thurs Jan 6 - Dinner - Counter service for me and the kiddos at MK

This gives us a nice mix of sit-down meals and some grab and go in there.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I'd recommend Tusker House or Flame Tree BBQ at AK for the lunch there; otherwise looks pretty good!

for lunch at animal kingdom, be sure to consider the lunch "deal" (don't know it's rightful name) where you get your lunch, plus coupon for drink/snack (ice cream, etc) in the park later... it's not much more expensive than lunch and well worth it if you get hot/thirsty later...

sounds like you've got a great plan laid out... ENJOY! :)
