I think this is a postcard with special code for discounted rate for deluxe hotels only. It has a series # above my name,. Is this the pin #?

Anyway, the rate seems to be a little better than the rate that was just released on Mousesavers (for the same period).

Do you think this is a new trend now that they give out all these special discount codes for targeted groups (however the selection process goes) before they issue any AP discounts?

AP rates are a mystery. I have been watching them religously for 5 yrs and have yet to see some rythm or reason.

I don't understand why Disney wouldn't release annual passport codes before codes to the general public. We are the ones who continue to support Disney by making either long or multiple trips each year. You would think that they would be kinder to their regulars before giving breaks to their occasional visitors. Oh well, I still love the mouse house.

I don't think I will be using this postcard. Can someone else use it or only me? If it is legit for someone else to have it, I will be more than happy to give out all the info.

Some of the rates that I was quoted:

AKL standard is $124 per night plus tax
AKL sav view is $669 for 3 nights (including tax)
WL standard view $415 for 3 nights (including tax)
WL woods view $465 for 3 nights (including tax)

luckytso-Only you can use that postcard. The pin# is referenced back to your name and you need the card at check-in to get the code. They do check ID when checking in, so if the name on the ressie doesn't match the name on the postcard, the code is no good.

That is almost exactly what the CM said on the phone yesterday when I called to check on the new code for CSR and couldn't get it. I also asked about AP rates......she thought these new ones were going to include AP too, but they didn't.
