So I had a few questions regarding my reservations and my TA just wasn't on top of it. 
So like the saying goes "Want something done ...". So I did...I was so excited that he was so caring and helpful, 
we chatted like we have been friends for years,for app. 90 min. 
He assured me the castle would be done with construction by our travel time. 
He put in very special notes to 2 certain rest, regarding birthdays. Then without asking he told me he was sending our son's cards in the mail from WDW regarding our up coming trip. 
We talked about the power outage. I told him about my trip, and he just kept asking questions. HE WAS AMAZING!!! My DH couldn't belive I talked to him that long. 
I know I have the gift to gab, but,, not with strangers. 
I hope more of you have been able to expereince this. 
It is just amazing that even the res. reps are just sooo nice. It takes an amazing personality to be able to do this everyday. But I am sure the peolpe who call to book are not in a bad mood!!!!!
