HI DISer and Wishers, 
I stepped on the scale 5 days ago and weigh 160.
I started my diet 5 days ago. Significantly reducing my wheat flour intakes and no eating after 7:00 p.m and lifting weights.
I stepped on the scale this morning and weigh exactly the same -- 160. Boo.
Why is this??? Anyone else too? Does it take a week or longer.
