If the scandal didn't happen then I would say, yeah...he looks good. But knowing what we know, it takes the shine off his character. I just can't get past everything. Hopefully he can redeem himself.

Interesting. If Natalie Portman turned into a serial killer I would still find her just as hot. Physical beauty and character are completely unrelated IMO. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't date anyone who lacked the later but that would mean I wouldn't have a little fun short term.

I'm just talking physical beauty so yes. Of course if she actually killed people I'd avoid her but would still find her attractive. The two statements weren't meant to be related (the serial killer and night of fun), they were talking about two different issues. If she had the kind of moral issues Tiger has I could deal with a night or two of fund and leave it at that. I wasn't being a literal Larry.

Physical attractiveness is completely separate and unrelated to anything like character. Overall attractiveness, sure. That includes all kinds of criteria but physical is literally just raw animal attractiveness.

Tiger has never been my cup of tea...he has a nice body, but I don't find his face attractive at all. Add to that his ego and he has alwasy been really unattractive to me. Now add to that the latest fiasco that the media has shoved in our faces for the past month and I'm just sick to death of the guy.

Wow, your statement was eye-opening for me. I think that is one of the biggest differences between men and women. Women are all about personality over looks and men are all about looks over personality. That's why ugly guys that have the "it" factor get women. The reverse is not true.

I'm not saying that physical is all the matters in a relationship, it isn't. But as far as being physically attractive it is.

I agree with you 100%. I have never found Tiger attractive, but he looks good in that picture. I don't appreciate all his scandal, but I'm sure he is just one of many celebrities that live that way.

Not just looks but the body as well. I can look across a room and know if I am physically attracted to someone even if I never talk to them. They might be as dumb as they come or completely annoying and make them unattractive as a package but that doesn't make them any less physically attractive.

I wouldn't date anyone that fit my description above but they'd still look good. If all that mattered in totality was looks it would be shallow but if we are talking physical attractiveness than the physical is what matters. Someone can be emotionally attractive also but just like being physically attractive is unrelated to emotionally the reverse is also true. The goal, at least for me, is to find someone that is all of them if it is going to be anything more than a flash in the pan.

In your example the attraction to someone who makes them laugh is a different kind of attraction then physical. It is a connection on an emotional level or perhaps some other level. Maybe it can make someone's perception of the person different but it is not physical. I find intelligence attractive but being intellectually attracted to someone is not the same as physical.

I would never date someone who I was not physically attracted to but I would also not date someone that I was only physically attracted to.

From a purely aesthetic standpoint I don't think Tiger is a bad looking man.
That picture does not portray him in his most attractive light, IMHO. Coming on the heels of his scandal, I think makes it worse.

Meh, not necessarily. I have to be attracted enough to someone to kiss them. I've tried dating the "nice, not as nice looking" guy and it never worked. Then again, I'm shallow, LOL.

The collection of porn was only part of the problem. That was kept in the case that the medicine he injected into a very personal place to enable enjoyment was kept. I knew he wasn't faithfull but hadn't seen the pictures before and wanted to make sure my mother never saw them (none of the pictures of any of the adventures in infidelity contained her) the only picture that really worried me was that of a woman and child in front of a hotel. It looked like a family holiday picture and I have no idea who either of the females on the picture was. The worst part of the death of my father was the debts he left over £200,000 telling the banks that they wouldn't get the money back was terrible.
