I saw on twitter this morning the 2013 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Guide Map posted

What exactly are the "healthy treats" that I can ask for?

Chiquita Red Apple Bites 35 calories.

From the Len Testa 4pm touring plan quoted above:
Step 6 Meet the Aladdin characters at the Agrabah Bazar, between the Magic Carpets of Aladdin and Frontierland’s Country Bear Jamboree. You’ll either see Aladdin and Abu or Jasmine and Genie. You should be in line for the Aladdin characters around 6:20 pm, and done by 6:40.

I don't think Abu or the Genie are out before the party starts at 7PM. That is the usual place for Aladdin and Jasmine to meet together but I believe the other 2 are party-specific.

Hi Ray!!! Hope to see you in a few weeks!!! Karen and I are doing the FtW lights tour...I think that's with Tagrel, so we'll see you then I would think. Not going to the party until Sunday, the 8th. My AP expires on the 6th, so I'll buy a party ticket and use that on Sunday. Already have to buy a one day pass for Sat to hit a park with my ds and his wife!!!
And of course, DVC has put the Merry Mixers on Monday....I arrive on Tuesday and leave on Monday, so will miss it this year! Bummer.
Thanks for the info! Can't wait to see you and say hi!!!

I will be at Tagrel.com Fort Wilderness Campground dinner and Christmas Light Tour, too. So I will definitely see you there. Sunday, I am going to Animal Kingdom with the groups Tagrel.com and Reunion.

Then Sunday night at Deb Wills Epcot Illumination's Dessert Party for Breast Cancer Support.

I was hoping to see you at Karen's lunch at Epcot's Teppan Edo, too, but plans changed and she had to cancel.

I hope to be able to see both of you ladies more this time.
I am hoping to be at both the FW lights tour and Deb's dessert party. :cool1: Looking forward to seeing you guys.

This photo is from Disneyland, I think. I wander if similar waffles will be served at WDW MK Sleepy Hollow.

.

Hi Ray,
I think Promenade Refreshments is in Epcot...but I can't remember exactly where...

This has moved to the top of my list. OMG, both of those waffles sound wonderful. Now I know what we are eating our first night at Epcot.

I believe Promenade Refreshments is to the right as you walking over the bridge between Future World and World Showcase, towards Canada.

:santa:

You're exactly right. The Promenade Refreshments is in Epcot as you walk toward the Canadian Pavilion. Thank you everyone for the correct information.

I have been searching for what special waffles that the Magic Kingdom's Sleepy Hollow might be serving for the MVMCP and the Holidays. I wonder if these might be what Sleepy Hollow might serve, too. I was hoping for something with cinnamon waffles or something else. Although these look good, too I see that the photo above was during the Epcot Flower and Garden events. I don't know if it will be available now, although this photo was taken a few days ago in Epcot.

I believe this is what the menu at the Promenade Refreshments usually looks like.

Hi Ray,
Disney_Princess83 checked at Sleepy Hollow tonight and they are serving Pumpkin Waffles. She was specifically checking to see if gingerbread waffles were available and it's only pumpkin.

Thank you, to both of you. That was very nice you. I am not much of a pumpkin flavor fan, both I still plan to visit and try one of their waffles during the day.

Since this the MVMCP planning thread I have a question. We are going to the party on the 15th getting there at 4. We are not planning on doing any characters but do plan on seeing the second parade, the projection show and wishes.

If we just do those and not really much more (we don't dance :thumbsup2) can we hit all the major rides.

the main reason I ask is that we also plan on going Friday at RD but have to leave that day to start to head back. This should be a slow day due to one of the last parties that night.

Can we do the headliners during a party and early on a party day? The longer we stay at the MK, the longer the second day of driving will be.

Also you can see that we don't have little kids anymore. So we won't be living in Fantasyland. ;)

Thank you, Corey Martin for posting these wonderful 2013 Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. This is the reason that I go to Walt Disney World every December. I love the lights, music, and the Christmas Spirit.

These are the best and coolest photos that I have ever seen. Excellent. And thank you, Corey.

Oh, I think you should be able to do more since you will be arriving at 4:00 P.M. instead of 7:00 P.M.

Although I am sure the day may be busy as most days, I would think that most folks might visit other parks since the Magic Kingdom is only open until 7:00 P.M..

And then a lot of folks will go to line up for all the characters, especially after the day crowd leaves and the MVMCP crowd is left.

Save your favorite rides if the lines are too long during the first MVMCP parade, because a whole lot of folks will be lining the streets waiting for the parade to start.

And if you can stay until closing, the MVMCP may thin out if the kids and families get too tired. Maybe after 11:00 P.M., you can ride with fewer lines.

I usually just go with the flow, but I always stay until closing because I love just soaking in the Christmas Spirit everywhere. I just smile and smile.

Have a wonderful time.

Thanks for all your postings & updates!

Those photos are incredible. I wish mine would turn out that good when we go but I doubt my little iPhone 4S will take photos like that :rotfl2:

The turkey waffles sound just plain weird but I might try a pumpkin waffle.

These pictures are truly amazing! They could be used on brochures easily.
