now I have to tell DH! We had planned to stay offsite this year in a suite or condo but last night DH confessed he loved staying on site even though we're only "doing" WDW 2-3 days. And I'm having one of those "Life's short moods" since a child in my younger DSs grade was killed last night. I checked ASMv for our dates and it came back at $893 for 7 nights but then I bumped it back one day (adding in Friday) and got 8 nights for only $689. Since I made the deposit with my CC I take it that we can get there as late as midnight the 19th to keep the rate? Or does it matter when we check in if I go ahead and pay the balance before we arrive?

Sorry to hear about your loss. The life is short "moments" does it to alot of us in booking trips....anyway yes you can get there whenever and it will be fine. I would let them know that you will be arriving late night, early the next morning whatever though; but you have made your deposit so you are covered!
