i requested a vmk name change, no reply and its been 5 days and 2 emails....

normally with every other message to vmk i get a response in like 20 minutes. this one has takena while, i simply asked for a name change with a valid reason, i did not get told to change my name. i only want people who have had this experience to post on how long it took?
