I rented a car for a day...now what??

I have some questions

i rented a car from national for day in January 13th. I know that the CCC in disney works with national and that i have to call them to have a shuttle come pick me up at the contemporary to go pick up the car.
1. when do i call them to set up the shuttle service pick up?
2. will they give me directions to get to seaworld from the contemporary? if not where can i get these and is it really hard to get to SW?
3. coming back from seaworld how do i get to DTD and is there plenty of parking there?
4. to return the car i will take it to CCC will they drop me off at ASMo ( where we will be staying) or can they drop me off at AK to meet up woth my family?

i know these may be stupid questions but i am OC and i need to have it all planned out. so i am sorry for so many questions! but thanks for any help

2. Yes, they will give you directions and failing that, the front desk will give you directions. It is VERY easy to get to Sea world. It is right off I4.
3. Coming back from SW on I4, there are signs for DTD and yes, there is plenty of parking.
4. I believe they will take you anywhere you want to go after drop off. They are really good with the customer service there. When you call to arrange the pickup, just ask if they can do the drop at AK.

These were NOT stupid questions and I am OC also, so I do understand wanting the plans way ahead of time.
