About 2 weeks ago. There were a lot of fish out of water then as well.

Tag is completely gone.
To upload your own avatar and self tag, head to the top right hand corner where your user name is. You can either double click on it or hover on the name (where the blue bar is next to Inbox and Alerts) and when the dropdown opens up, go to My Account.

You should be able to upload your avatar. Then delete the BB Codes in your custom text and put in whatever you like.
