Hi, there. I'm really down in the dumps today (and it's only 7:45AM). It's still another couple of weeks before I make it to Orlando. But with Rita barrelling down on my family in Houston, stress from work, preparing for the LSAT next week, my husband freaking out because he hasn't found a job yet, I'm just worn out.

So if anyone has any uplifting stories from your vacation you'd like to share, I'm all EARS! Many of these stories always give me a lift, and I could really use on right now!

Thanks in advance for the therapy!

Just wanted to give you a great big :grouphug: ! and a little :wizard: .

:wizard:

What a good idea Molly!! I enjoy reading the Trip Reports, lots of good news there (today I read a family reserved a wing room in the contemporary and got a castle view Tower ROOM!!)

Just getting to Disney - my happy place!!

My mom called last night, hysterical, completely, my brother and family is in Houston, lots of our family is in the Dallas area... but to watch the Jet Blue airline's landing sent her over the edge!! BUT Mom, that plane landed perfectly... just didnt matter, mom's panic... I'm taking her to Disney!! :wizard:

:wizard: :wizard: :grouphug: :wizard: :wizard:

(waving fingers chanting "doodleoodledoo doodleoodledoo doodleoodledoo")

Happy laughter....bright colors....That first glimpse of the castle that makes your heart skip a beat....

Think Mickey ice cream bars. And beautiful weather. And pastries from France. And Small World. And Buzz Lightyear... :grouphug:

Sending pixie dust! :wizard:

Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens;
Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens . . .

When I'm feeling sad,
I simply remember my favorite things,
And then I don't feel so bad.

My favorite Disney things that help me feel better?
the fireworks, the castle, Space Mountain. how the people who work in EPCOT are from the country they are working in, and are thrilled when you ask questions. little girls dressed like princesses in the park,
when something happens that makes you feel the Disney magic - for me, it was when Snow White cam over to me, asked to hold my 5 month old princess, and then asked if my husband was my Prince? There I was, a 32 year old woman, and I felt like I really was talking to a princess!

Why don't you go to www.live365.com and listen to Park Hopper Radio or D-magic. You don't have to pay to listen (although I have a membership and love it!) Listen to music from WDW always cheers me up!
