My suggestion is to first contact a couple of different timeshare brokers and compare their costs and commisions. The Timeshare Store, sponsor's of this site, http://www.dvc-resales.com/, are an excellent place to start. Shontell Crawford, formerly of the Timeshare Store, has now started her own business. The TUG boards also have a classified ads thread. If you find a buyer there, it will savea brokerage fee. Click on 'classified ads' on the left side.

They will give you the most unbiased info.
