I need to lose weight. I know going on a diet that limits my food choices, and "bans" certain foods will not work for me, since there is no way I can give up dairy and carbs.
I know what my problems are, actually, it's just one problem, snacking. If I work late, I snack, (usually on junk,) at work. If I don't eat at work, I'm starving by the time I come home, and need to eat then.
My mom and grandmother are always constantly harassing me about my weight also. I don't consider myself fat. Yes, I am a few pounds overweight, but I'm not huge. I am a size 16, which in my opinion is not that huge.
My mom is horrible though, everytime I eat something she has to say something. I mean I once ate a Lean Cuisine panini, and because I ate the whole sandwich, (which is one serving,) instead of just half, she said I was over-eating.
My grandmother is bribing me to go on a diet. I don't get my Christmas present (which she's been holding on to for the last month,) unless I drop a few sizes.
I eat kind of healthy, some days are better then others though. Like yesterday, I had an omelette for breakfast, then a Weight Watchers frozen meal for lunch, and a South Beach diet meal for dinner. I did have a few Doritos in the afternoon, but otherwise I was good all day.
Then I went to work, and while there, ate a whole bag of mini rice cakes, as well as a salad once I got home.
Today wasn't bad either. I had a Soy Joy bar for breakfast, and another Weight Watchers meal for lunch. I don't know what I'm having for dinner yet, maybe a big salad.
I'm also horrible with soda. It's basically all I drink, though I do drink diet 99% of the time, but I know that's not really good for me either with all the artifical sweetners and chemicals.
Like I said, I need help. Actually what I need more of is support, since I did take some nutrition classes in college, and I know when I eat something bad. And I'm not getting any support at all from my family.

lol) and I'm finally into size 14's.
