I need to contact DVC quickly - I'm in the UK

We purchased on 12th March, and I had an email on 13th with our activation code. It took me several attempts to get 'accepted', though as there were a lot of software glitches on 13th March. I'm now able to log in but even though it shows my 2014 points it won't allow me to bank them. Might this be because I haven't made any payments yet?

The problem I'm having is that the balance of the deposit is due on 11th April with the first loan payment on 11th May. However I have found alternative financing in the UK (MUCH cheaper), but I don't know how to get hold of them to either tell them or to ask for a 'completion statement' so I can send payment in full. I can't find an email address to write to, nor can I find a freephone number in the UK! I also don't know how to make payment. I have reams of papers that my husband and I signed on 12th March so I think bank details are shown in there - but paying in dollars could be a problem as well.

Does anyone know how I can email them (my agent is Cynthia and I would prefer to contact her direct, as requested by her)?

Thanks

If you log on to the member website and click on 'Help & Contact' (top of page) and then the telephone icon, there will be a toll free number to call MS from the UK. You should be able to reach Member Accounting using that number.

As for banking it is well possible you could be past your banking deadline in which case your guide will be able to do it for you. Also the sale might have to close before you can do this which takes a minimum of 14 days

Once they get all the financial stuff set up for you. There is a loans tab which you can go into and get a statement overpay or pay in full.

Well, we're definitely not past our banking date: it was set up to make sure we had time. Our closing date is October so we have until the beginning of June to do our banking.
