(I posted this on Budget board too -- I need Input!)

Ok, good people -- these FITS passes have me VERRRRY intrigued! We are going to WDW for 12 days this August (and I have really wanted to take kids to Kennedy Space Center as well!) Kids want to do DQ and both water parks. Normally we get 7 day PHPs and take "days off" from the parks, but these passes would allow us to flit back and forth every day to the parks -- wow. It just really sounds like a match made in heaven, and for a price cheaper than a 7 day PHP! Add in a b'fast and wow... what a deal.

What I need to know is:

* Is Paramount the one place to get these? And how is their customer service? Anybody have bad experiences with them? We are looking at getting 4 adult passes and 4 kid passes -- that's alot of moolah!

* Is it like a 30 day PAP? Meaning, if I go to TL in the AM, I can turn around and go to the parks that afternoon -- no problem. Same for Disney Quest? We love the water parks and the boys reallllly want to go to quest, but using a plus or buying a 1-day pass always makes you feel like you have to spend the "whole day" there, rather than get a taste, move on, come back if it really interests you, etc.

* Are the FITS "legit" for US folks? My understanding is that they were geared to Int. travelers. Has anyone EVER had a problem buying / using these as a US bred-n-born? What ID does it require to "activate" these? Is a passport required? Would Paramount accept any liability if for some reason you were told at WDW you could not use the pass?

Sorry to be such a worry wart about this, but it really seems too good to be true -- especially in the wake of Disney raising prices on all the tickets. And my Mom always told me if it seems too good to be true.... well, you know!

THANKS!!!

Hi, We used these on our Dec/Jan trip. I purchased 5 adult tickets and was worried also. When I received the tickets I read all the fine print. No where oon these passes does it state you have to be from another country. We had no problem exchanging them in at Epcot. The girl was new and not wure what code to puch in but made a phone call and we were on our way to 14 days of coming and going without any worries. We used them and hopped everywhere even went to PI I think three times and DQ four. When the parks close we would just go somewhere else. The breakfast that we had at chief mickeys would have cost us $100 but was included in the passes. We didn't go to the space center because we did that last trip but you did get vouchers in the package and I'm sure Rosa at paramount will be glad to explain this to you. she was very helpful and put my mind at ease. The only thing I din't like was we had to leave before my passes expired but all good things must come to an end. I hope these are still around the next time we visit. They were the best! Gina

I can't wait to try mine out in June. Many people have posted on other threads about using these tickets without having any hassles. I felt comforted that Paramount asked for a signed release to charge my credit card and requested a copy of card. Makes me feel like they are concerned for their clients and want to make sure someone is not using stolen credit cards. I probably would have been leary about purchasing as well, except for all of the positive things I have heard hear on these boards. I just purchased mine this week and am waiting to receive them next week.

Thanks,

Pam

Can anyone explain more aobut these passes?
