I need MP3 help

ughh.. I feel so technologically stupid!
I bought DD8 a cheap one for our long ride to FL in Feb. It apparently charges by way of the computer. I dont want to bring computer to FL with me. Do they sell a portable charger for these things? The cell phones charger looks like it would fit, but I dont want to try it and destroy it.
And I am looking for a site that has Disney music that I can buy for this thing.

If it charges by USB I beleive you can purchase a charger that would plug into the car, even possibly an outlet. I haven't ever tried any of them, but have been looking into them for my kids who will be getting mp3 players for christmas.
